This policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, what I do with it, how long I keep it, and what rights you have. It covers suzannebooth.co.uk and my landing pages at creative.suzannebooth.co.uk.

When you join my email list or download a free resource: your name and email address, the date and time you signed up, and which form you used.

When you buy a course, programme or workshop place: your name, email address, billing address, and the details of what you bought. Card payments are handled by my payment provider. I do not see or store your full card details.

When you complete a quiz or scorecard: your answers about your business, along with your name and email address.

When you contact me: your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell me.

When you attend a live session: your name, anything you say or type during the session, and your image if your camera is on. Sessions are recorded.

When you visit the site: technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you looked at. See the Cookie Policy.

I use the following services to run my business. Each of them processes some personal data on my behalf, and each is bound to keep it secure.

• Funnel Sketchers (built on GoHighLevel) — email, landing pages, contact records, checkout
• GoDaddy — website hosting
• Stripe — processes your card payments

I do not sell your information to anyone, and I do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

I may disclose information if I am legally required to.

• Email list: until you unsubscribe, or after [6] months of no opens or clicks, whichever comes first
• Customers: for as long as you have access to what you bought,
• Enquiries: [12] months after our last exchange
• Session recordings: [12] months after the programme ends

You have the right to ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how I use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

This site and my services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
