1. Who you are buying from
Suzanne Booth, sole trader, of 2 Eggleton Close, Church Crookham GU52 0XL, hello@suzannebooth.co.uk. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean Suzanne Booth, and "you" means the person buying.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you buy any of the following: a digital product or self-paced course, a place on a live programme such as Workshop Ready, a membership, or a ticket to an in-person or online workshop.
3. Placing an order
Your order is accepted when I send you a confirmation email. If I cannot accept it, I will tell you and refund anything you have paid. Prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. I am not currently VAT registered.
4. Access and delivery
Digital products and self-paced courses: access details are sent by email immediately after purchase, or within 24 hours at the latest. Access is for as long as I am in business and is personal to you.
Live programmes: session dates and joining links are sent by email before the programme starts. Recordings are made available to participants
Memberships: access begins immediately and continues while your subscription is active.
Workshop tickets: details of the date, venue and what to bring are sent by email on booking.
5. Your right to cancel
Because you are buying from a distance, you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to change your mind and get a refund. There are two important exceptions.
Digital content you access straight away. When you buy a digital product or course that gives immediate access, you are asked to agree that access starts right away and to acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right once it does. If you agree and then access the content, no refund is due under the cancellation right. If you buy but do not access the content, you keep the right for the full 14 days.
Services that start within 14 days. If a live programme or workshop starts within the 14-day period and you have asked me to begin, you may be charged for the part already delivered if you then cancel.
To cancel, email hello@suzannebooth.co.uk. Refunds are made within 14 days of me accepting the cancellation, to the payment method you used.
6. Workshop and event tickets
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another person, or to another date where one is available, up to [7] days before the event. If I cancel an event, you will be offered a transfer or a full refund. Please tell me about any access requirements when you book.
7. Memberships
Monthly membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. I do not refund part months.
8. Live sessions and recordings
Live sessions are recorded so participants can catch up. You will be told before recording starts. If you do not want to appear, keep your camera off and do not use the chat. Recordings are shared only with people on that programme, and kept for [12 months]. You can ask for a recording you appear in to be reviewed by emailing me.
9. What is expected of you
Course materials, recordings and downloads are for your own use. Please do not share your login, copy or resell the materials, or reproduce them in your own paid work. You are welcome to use what you learn in your own business for your own professioanl development.
10. What I promise, and what I do not
I will deliver what is described on the sales page, with reasonable care and skill. What I cannot promise is a particular financial result, because that depends on your craft, your market and the work you put in. Nothing I provide is financial, legal or tax advice.
11. If something goes wrong
Email me at hello@suzannebooth.co.uk and I will try to sort it out. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms. If content is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care, you may be entitled to a refund.
I am not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Changes and cancellation by me
If I need to change a session date I will give as much notice as I can and offer a recording or an alternative. If I have to cancel a programme entirely, you will get a full refund of anything not yet delivered.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
